A 10 meter tall yule/christmas tree fitted with 2000 individually controlled LEDs sailing through the harbour. Tall enough to need the bridges opened.

The tree was placed 3 different spots in the harbour during december. On each of the moves, I had musicians playing under the tree.
The project got a little bit of funding from Kulturhavn 365, but took many many hours to complete. Each day, all of december, i visited the tree to recharge the batteries for the light.
Max Tobiassen have made an very good article about the whole project.

Some sketches from the development
Funny to see how the float design changed along the way.
